I'm really happy with the car I bought from Essex Prestige. Its beautiful to drive, and looks amazing, I really can't fault it. The customer service was outstanding - really helpful and friendly and very professional. The whole process was dealt with amazingly. Super happy with my new Mercedes, highly recommend Essex prestige.

I'm really enjoying the BMW 420i I bought from Essex Prestige, its running great, looks amazing. I was left to my own devices whilst viewing the car, no pressure or hard selling, just there to answer any questions when needed. The staff were helpful and friendly enough, I would happily use again in the future.

This is the 4th or 5th car I have bought from Essex Prestige, they are brilliant people down there, they always sort us out with exactly what we want, and the price is always right. The recent purchase (Bentley Continental) is fantastic, the car is perfect, Definitely enjoying driving it. Essex prestige is my go to place for buying cars. As you can probably tell - I HIGHLY recommend the dealership. Fantastic customer service, high quality cars and great value for money.

I was really impressed with Essex Prestige when I bought my Focus ST, the customer service was brilliant, from start to finish. They really have the customer at the heart of the business, they answered any questions I had, extremely informative. The ST is just incredible, I'm loving it! Apart from the fact its nice to look at and very quick, its comfortable to drive, and is in great condition - its perfect!

I've had Range Rovers in the past, and I wanted to upgrade to something newer, Essex Prestige had what I wanted, I'm really happy with it, enjoying the drive. I really cannot fault Essex Prestige at all, I took the car on a test drive and I loved it! When I went to collect the Mini it was beautifully clean and in pristine condition. Shes driving like a dream, beautiful to drive, the air con is fantastic and equally the heating is too. The Mini is great on petrol, I'm so pleased with it. Jaymie was brilliant, very friendly and helpful. The car needed taxing and she sorted that for me when I collected, all the paper work she sorted - it really was a stress-free experience with lovely helpful people. I definitely recommend Essex Prestige

The staff were great, excellent customer service. The whole sale was done over the phone, I was sent pictures and videos of the car, and it was exactly as described when I went to collect it, great service provided and very professional. I'm really enjoying driving the Mercedes, its absolutely great! I would have no hesitation in using them again for a future car.
