Very happy with my van that I got. Had a couple of problems with it afterwards but they sold me a years warranty which hopefully will help me get these things sorted. They have some beautiful vehicles in their stock

It was the first time I had used essex prestige, i came across them online while looking for a Mercedes specifically. Really nice lads to deal with, I am having a few issues but they are hopefully sorting this for me. I am really pleased with the decision I went for with the car. 5 out of 5.

Couldn't be happier with the car. Everything went pretty smooth, really nice bunch of guys to deal with. I took the car home the same day so it was a super quick turnaround from them, and within that time the car was cleaned spotlessly. Couldn't fault it. My experience at essex Prestige was great, no issues at all the staff were welcoming, they offered me a drink and were just very accommodating. Everything has been good with my car so far, I am happy with it. It is my first electric vehicle so definitely taking some time to get used to the range, however I can charge it at work which saves me a lot more money than petrol and diesel. Would recommend this dealership.

There were a few things that needed doing to the Jeep before they gave it to me so I was a bit concerned at first about them holding it. However I am really happy that they did because everything is great with the Jeep and I have had no issues. I went and got it checked once I had it just for a second opinion and to make sure everything had been done correctly. I was pleased to be told everything was fine and that all the parts that had been changed or replaced were genuine Jeep parts. Naz was fab very helpful throughout and dealt with me from start to finish. He had great communication and made the experience of buying a vehicle easy. I would definitely use them again in the future based on my experience.

Overall it has been a very pleasant experience with Essex Prestige. I called up and arranged a time to come in. I later phoned to let them know I might be late and they kindly offered to stay open for me. I ended up arriving on time so they didn’t need to, but it was a nice gesture. I will say they were very busy as the phone kept ringing while we were in the middle of the paperwork. However I have to give them credit for getting everything done really efficiently. They answered any questions I had in detail. Any issues I pointed out were sorted without hesitation. For example, the dipstick was missing so they ordered a new one and had it sent straight to my address. They also negotiated on a price I was happy with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience really. The representative I dealt with was excellent. I’m giving a 4.5 rating only because I’m still waiting for one final thing to be sent to me, but other than that everything else was spot on.

Really happy with everything, especially the car. I’ve had it just over a month now and had no issues. It was a very smooth process with Essex Prestige, no messing around, everything was done quickly and efficiently. I’m still waiting for my V5C, but hopefully that will be coming through soon.

Dawn was great from start to finish an absolute pleasure to deal with, so helpful and kind couldn't have asked for a better service from her. The car itself is beautiful I love it can't fault it or the service at all.
