The experience was good to be fair. There is a loose wire in the speakers but other than that it's bang on. They delivered it for me because I'm quite a way away, you could tell it had had a valet done.

It was honestly great customer service, no pressure at all - he was very patient with me as one payment I tried to make didn't go through so I had to take a bit of time to sort it out. I found them on Autotrader - I was looking for great deals and I found this one at Essex Prestige.

The staff were fairly laid back and said if you want it, go for it. If not, that's fine too. I found them through Autotrader - I was looking for a particular Mercedes and found one at Essex Prestige so I decided to pop in and I'm glad I did. I'll give them 4 stars because there's always something to improve.

I bought a car few month ago S class and the guy who sells his name was Nick he's a top man and the deal was amazing I'm happy with the car he runs amazing I had no problem with it , i recommend it to anyone. Many thanks Ardit

We dealt with Dylan and he was so friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. Which does make a change to other dealerships. Despite the high end cars it was a very down to earth comfortable environment. Would really recommend to anyone. Super easy, friendly people and we love the car.

I got the van delivered after seeing it online. This was the first time I had a vehicle delivered, and based on this experience, I would definitely do it again. Everything was really quick and simple. There weren’t any delays or issues with the delivery. Communication with the staff throughout the whole process was clear and fast. I did have one issue with the van, but they got me booked in as quickly as possible with a garage near me and sorted everything without any hassle and there hasn't been a issue since.

Got a BMW X6. It is great, and everything is running fantastic. Naz was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was nothing but helpful, very professional, and a great credit to the business. I cannot thank him enough. I would recommend him and the dealership again and again. Great job, thank you.
