5 Star Service!

I would give 5 stars. From start to finish the experience was easy, no pushy sales people but lovely to chat to when we had questions. Everything was as advertised. I would give an extra star for the fact that when I picked the car up they said there was only one key, a bit of a pain but not a deal breaker, but a couple of weeks later the 2nd key turned up in the post, recorded delivery, when they could have just put it in a drawer and forgotten about it, so very happy with that.

Very helpful staff, fast friendly service, awesome car. You guys deserve your name, certainly you offer a Prestige Service to your customers.

I had a nice and relaxed experience at Essex Prestige. The guys were as good as gold and left me to it while I was looking around the car, great service overall. Up to now the car has been alright, and hopefully it stays like that.

My Tesla Model 3 has been a great car. There were a few scratches on the body kit that had been fitted on the back, and I can’t find the wheel locking nut, but otherwise, everything is perfect. This is my first time owning a Tesla. I previously had a Nissan GTR but wanted something more economical, and I’m really glad I made the switch. It’s comfortable and a pleasure to drive. It's a great car.

I haven't had the chance to use my Ford Ranger as much as I'd like. I reckon I've only added 40 miles to the clock since driving away, but it's been good. There is a little issue with the gear changes but until I get the chance to drive it more, I'm not sure what it could be. This was my first time visiting Essex Prestige and I found it to be a very simple buying process.

When I initially arranged to see the Ford Transit Custom, I just wanted to give it a check over to make sure it was in good condition. After speaking to the salesman (who's name I forgot), who was very good and professional to deal with, I decided to buy the van there and then. Everything went perfectly after that, the process was smooth, easy and quick. I've used the van a bit now and everything seems fine with it at the moment, it's doing well. Top marks.
