I have been absolutely loving my new VW Amarok. It is a lovely car, and my experience was great. It was straight to the point I was given all the information I needed, and they sorted out the parking sensors before I collected the car, so I'd give it a solid 4 stars.

My high rating is primarily due to my interaction with the team (especially San). They were quick, efficient, and explained everything that I didn't quite understand patiently. Beyond that, the car arrived on time, clean and has worked perfectly ever since.

I was really happy with the customer service, they responded quickly to my initial enquiry and then when I went into the dealership they were very relaxed to trust me to look at the vehicle myself, it was nice not to have some breathing down my neck! It was all in all an enjoyable, positive experience.

4.5 Good communication, finance and trade in organised quickly - only improvement is make is speed up of buying process when I came in and follow up on scratches from bodywork - as that still needs to be sorted. Both the team on the phone and in person had great positive attitudes and provided great customer service during the interactions.

I have dealt with Essex Prestige a handful of times now, the vehicles I get are always great and never have any issues. It is usually Dylan that I deal with he always provides top level customer service. He is friendly and helpful and all round a true professional. The Range Rover I purchased this time is great, very pleased with it. Will of course be using essex prestige again and again in the future.

It is my partner who mainly drives the vehicle. She is thoroughly enjoying it and has had no issues, truly living the dream! My friend and I went to the dealership to collect the car, and the staff we dealt with could not have been more helpful. From the moment I walked in, I could tell what good people they were. They were not at all pushy or trying to put pressure on the sale. I could tell from their attitude that they genuinely cared about us as customers. I have already recommended the dealership to others and would definitely consider buying a car for myself from there. It has been a wonderful experience.
