Overall I am very pleased with Essex Prestige. I had been looking for a long time for the right Defender and soon came to the conclusion that it was going to be Essex Prestige that I would eventually buy my new car from because of the quality and fair pricing of their vehicles. I would rate them a 4, the only reason I would not give them a 5 is because of two reasons. Firstly my defender is fitted with a Ghost immobilizer and should have come with an owners card to allow you to override it when in for a service or valet or change the pin if required, it didn't come with this card and so I need to contact Ghost to do this myself. Secondly my Defender is fitted with a light pod which I can't seem to get to work although from advertising photos I can see that they should work. I have phoned Essex Prestige twice and so this is ongoing to try to resolve the small problem with this. I think maybe these two issues should have been dealt with before sale other than these small issues I am so so happy with my quality car from Essex Prestige. Thank-you

The car has been alright since buying it, other than a chip in the windscreen which I was not aware of, and as I didn't take the extended warranty out, I will have to resolve it myself. I dealt with Peter at the dealership, he was bang on. I have even sent 2 people to him to get a car from him. I felt the manager was a bit pushy on selling the extras, so for that reason I would give it 4 stars.

It's a 3-star rating. My experience at the dealership was good, although after the purchase I had 2 issues, one was the wheel alignment, and the other was the cruise control was not working, so I have had to get them fixed.

I have been absolutely loving my new VW Amarok. It is a lovely car, and my experience was great. It was straight to the point I was given all the information I needed, and they sorted out the parking sensors before I collected the car, so I'd give it a solid 4 stars.
