I've driven the car for a month and I'm enjoying it so far. Some of the paint is coming away in parts, but apart from that I'm happy with it. I dealt with Naz on the day and he was quite good but I did feel there was a bit of pressure to buy the car.

With the staff at Essex Prestige I can't fault them, they made me feel welcome, kept in touch throughout and made the buying experience easy and aggro free. Everything is all good with the vehicle as well since collection.

So far my new car from Essex Prestige is brilliant, I love it. There's been a slight issue since collection with an oil warning light on the dash, but this is getting resolved after speaking to the team at the dealership. Very good customer service during the sale as well.

My experience at the dealership was brilliant. I can't remember the name of the salesman, but he was very friendly and welcoming. They took me on a test drive to make sure I liked the car. I am finding the change to an electric car a bit 50/50, just in terms of charging it, but I would 100% use Essex Prestige again in the future.

I dealt with Naz - he said just take your time and have a good look around which was appreciated. They close at 5 but they even stayed later so I could have a proper look at the car. I'd give them a 4.
