I have already done around 1,000 miles in the vehicle since having it and have definitely given it a good run around. I am happy with it and have had no issues at all. I found the car online (AutoTrader) and went to view it in person. The only thing I would say is that there were stone chips on the front of the car. They tried to remove them for me but didn’t do the best job, so I had to get it fixed myself after the purchase. However, I cannot fault the customer service from Dylan. I dealt with him from the first call to when I left with the car. He made the process simple and easy. When we went to test drive, he just gave us the keys and let us go, with no pushiness about the sale. He was really helpful and I would recommend him.

The customer care and service have been nothing short of great. Nick has been very helpful and professional throughout the whole sale. We are having some issues with the air conditioning and are waiting for a part from Germany to arrive so it can be fixed. However, the communication has always been there, and the team is really trying to get this sorted for us. The car is lovely, and we are really enjoying it. I would definitely recommend this dealership, as if you have a problem, they don’t leave you in the dark and are there to help, which is really appreciated.

Honestly, some of the nicest guys I have met. I can’t fault them one bit. All of them were so genuinely helpful, really taking the time to make sure everything was perfect for me. I did have a little issue with the service light that kept coming on after the service, but this has now been reset, and it hasn’t been an ongoing issue. I am really happy with the Qashqai I bought off them. I use it almost every day, and it is just great. I also have to say that when they valeted the car, it looked like it was brand new out of a showroom! I wish I could take it back to them all the time to clean it, as it was the most spotless car I had ever seen!
