I have had my Tesla for a few weeks now and I am so impressed with how everything is going. It is a really nice, clean car, and is very easy on the eye! I did have some body work sorted by the team, and I was highly satisfied with the outcome, it was completed to a very high standard, they were really accommodating, and it was a quick turnaround as well! The service was so good by everyone I came into contact with, I am more than happy with the experience, it was faultless!

No issues whatsoever with any part of the sale. Reis was a top guy, really friendly, really knowledgeable and a really good help during the sale. I went with a GLC43 and wow, the car is unbelievable to drive. I would be more than happy to recommend to peers, they were fantastic!

The service I received was excellent, highly informative and passionate about what they do. Essex Prestige really are the best of the best!! Everything they do is done to perfection. The cars are pristine, their customer service is first class, the dealership itself is smartly set out... what more could you want! My Range Rover is a gorgeous motor and hasn't put a single foot wrong since the sale. A big mention to Rhianna, she was a great help!

For the first time I can actually say that I had a very enjoyable car buying experience! My salesman Reis was a great lad, he was really easy to talk to and get a long with. The Mini that he sold me is brilliant, its a few months down the line now and not a single issue has arisen. I would happily recommend to others and would definitely pay a visit again!

It is my son who has the Mercedes I am just involved via the financial side of things🤣From my time spent with the guys at the dealership they were all so lovely and always offered a helping hand when needed. Normally I find that filling out the paperwork is tedious and stressful, however, with the Prestige team it was a doddle! It was all completed really quickly in no time at all! From what I can tell, my son absolutely loves the car, I never see him anymore due to him always being in it! The amount of fuel he has spent already on the car, he probably could've bought the car himself🤣 Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and would happily recommend to others!
