I have been to the dealership a few times and each time has been the same with no problems at all. It is a trusted dealership to me now and I hope this continues. I am really pleased with the vehicle I chose because it is a great drive. There was no pressure or pushiness and there never is from the staff. The guy who helped me this time came across as very helpful and made sure anything I needed was attended to. No complaints and I would of course recommend them.

I came across the dealership on AutoTrader while looking for a Range. There was nothing hidden from me when I saw the vehicle in person, everything was as described, which I was pleased about. Since having the Range, everything has been going well, and I haven’t had any faults with it. The service at the dealership was spot-on—a lovely dealership.

I’m really pleased with the vehicle. I saw it on AutoTrader and wasn’t actually planning to view it that day, but I happened to be in the area and decided to have a look. I actually ended up taking it home the same day! They offered me a deal on the part exchange that was too good to refuse, and I’ve been really happy with the vehicle ever since. It did take some getting used to, being a bigger-sized vehicle, but now that I have, I love it!

This is the third time I have used Essex prestige , top class … great service alongside the fact that they were very busy .. overjoyed with the car and the service .. I have bought a car previously from them also … I returned because I think they are an honest and fair business and offer decent cars at decent prices .. I would recommend them but I definately think they need sail a couple kore sales staff ! The guys were running around after everyone .. they did a good job !

Really happy with my Transporter T6 a few minor things wrong with front grill and passenger door but they changed no questions asked. Only thing missing was 1 of the 4 Rim center caps.
