My Mercedes E-Class has been spot on, I'm really happy with the purchase. I do have 1 issue, which is that the steering wheel won't adjust up and down but I do have a warranty, so I need to see if this will cover it with it being electrical. As for buying the car itself, I have to say it was the easiest car buying experience I've had. It was nice, easy and straightforward. The salesman was sound, and it was a brilliant buy.

I’m really happy with my Audi A5 – everything was great! The process was decent. Dylan was helpful, on the day of the sale and after. I flew down 400 miles, and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. I had already researched the garage’s reputation beforehand, and it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I hate when you walk into a dealership, enquire about a car and within 5 minutes are being pushed into making a decision.
Not the case with these guys.
They let me walk round the car, test drive it and look at it without being pushy at all.
I came to my own decision to buy the car, and got a good deal. The cars been great so far.
Also had a customer service team follow up after to see if I had any questions which was a nice touch :)

Really happy with how the sale of my Range Rover went. The service from the team was bang on and everyone I dealt with was really helpful. I had a small issue with the electrics, but they've seemed to have sorted its self out now and it hasn't been an issue since. Happy to give top marks for Essex Prestige.

Everything is all good with our Mercedes-Benz GLB. I haven’t driven it much myself, but the Mrs uses it daily for our little one, and we’re both very happy with it. This was my first time buying from Essex Prestige, and the experience went as expected when buying a car. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that everything went as it should, no surprises, just an easy sale.
