I recently purchased a car from Essex Prestige and travelled from Birmingham to collect the vehicle. Naz made sure everything was sorted quickly. I have financed cars previously from different companies and this was by far the easiest. Thank you for being so polite and helpful with the sale of the car.

The customer care and service have been nothing short of great. Nick has been very helpful and professional throughout the whole sale. We are having some issues with the air conditioning and are waiting for a part from Germany to arrive so it can be fixed. However, the communication has always been there, and the team is really trying to get this sorted for us. The car is lovely, and we are really enjoying it. I would definitely recommend this dealership, as if you have a problem, they don’t leave you in the dark and are there to help, which is really appreciated.

Honestly, some of the nicest guys I have met. I can’t fault them one bit. All of them were so genuinely helpful, really taking the time to make sure everything was perfect for me. I did have a little issue with the service light that kept coming on after the service, but this has now been reset, and it hasn’t been an ongoing issue. I am really happy with the Qashqai I bought off them. I use it almost every day, and it is just great. I also have to say that when they valeted the car, it looked like it was brand new out of a showroom! I wish I could take it back to them all the time to clean it, as it was the most spotless car I had ever seen!

Victor who helped me at Essex Prestige was amazing, I honestly cant think of anything I could complain about. he was helpful and professional. The Tesla i bought had a slight issue with the AC, but as soon as I made him aware, they sorted this out the same day. Essex Prestige are at the top of my list for when I'm next on the look out for another car. I would highly recommended this dealership for your next car purchase!
