I am really impressed with this dealership for the following reasons. From the start, the team were open and honest. The aircon needed replacing, and instead of trying to rush a sale, they explained that I wouldn’t be able to take the car home until Friday because there wouldn’t be a mechanic available until Tuesday, and then they would need to detail the car, etc.
I found this to be much better compared to other dealerships that tend to beat around the bush when it comes to giving clear timelines. When we picked up the car, everything had been done, and the whole process felt much more relaxed. It also gave me confidence as a buyer, receiving full transparency throughout.
When we’re ready to upgrade our family vehicle, we will definitely consider coming back to Essex Prestige and would highly recommend them.

I did have some minor issues with the electrics; however, Essex Prestige got me booked in and sorted everything for me. Regarding the level of service I received at the dealership, it did take a little bit of time, but everything was completed in the end and I am happy with the vehicle. It has had no further issues since.

Everything regarding my new car is fine. I am really pleased with it and have not had any issues. However, I feel there is some room for improvement in a few areas of the buying process. There was a lack of transparency about a few things, which could definitely put people off buying from here, and there was just poor communication. The process to get the car took longer because of this. Everything was sorted in the end, but it could have been avoided with some better organisation.

The purchasing experience was all good, but I got pulled over on the first day because the front windows were too dark. Also it appears the ad blu sensor is faulty as it isn't working. Everything was fine apart from the issues I've had with the car.
