I saw the car on their website, it looked good so went to see it. They were nice, it was a relaxed atmosphere and not a pushy sales team. Let me check the car on my own and take it out on my own. I took the car same day. I told Essex Prestige about some issues which I sorted myself but they contributed to a new battery, I was quite happy. I will return, no hesitation. I am well impressed with Essex Prestige.

I went to Essex Prestige as it was the only place that had the car I wanted. I checked the online reviews which weren’t great but I’m fussy and wanted that car. Im very happy with it. Couple of issues when we bought, it but they sorted it all out. Kelly and the staff were all lovely. They were really welcoming and really nice. We were given the keys and they left us to look around, they weren’t pushy and it was a quick process.

I went to the dealership as I needed to upgrade and they had one of the two cars I was researching. Staff were amazing, proper family business. I though their customer service was pretty good but distracted with phone calls but other than that I didn’t really car about it that much. I would go back if the car I wanted was there.

Cars alright, few things being sorted and I’m in a courtesy car. Smooth handover. San was the sales person, really good. I've been down there a few time to deal with the issues and we get on like a house on fire. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Five stars because they've handled it really well.

I got a good car from Essex Prestige. They've always looked after me so I'd rather go to them before I go anywhere else. I’ve spoke to the owner personally, the team are good stuff. Any problems I've had, they've always sorted it straight away. The car is ready for me when I turn up. I've already recommended them to others who have been and bought a car. I've had a few bad cars, few good cars but every time I've been to Essex Prestige it's always decent, so I just stick to them now.
