The service was good, I was happy. When I first bought the car it was stated it had full service history but yet I haven't been sent any service information though. I am really enjoying the car so I'll give them 5 stars.

I'll give them 4 stars - my experience with them was good. I pointed out a few issues with the van and to be fair they were all addressed before handover which was appreciated.

This is my second time visiting Essex Prestige. The first time, my husband bought a van, and then I went back to buy the Range Rover. I was impressed by their aftersales service, as I took it back with a few issues and they resolved them the same day.

The Nissan Navara has been good with no mechanical issues. The only thing is that there are a few places that have not been sprayed properly. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was very helpful, and I would return to them in the future if I were to buy another car.

I was happy with the customer service provided. A friend had visited the dealership previously and recommended Essex Prestige to me. I originally went to the dealership to look at a BMW I had seen online, but when I got there, I thought it was not big enough. Then I saw the Audi E-tron, which is the perfect size, and I am really glad I purchased it.

Everything has been perfect with my BMW 8 SERIES, it's a nice car. I don't remember the salesman's name but I can remember he was tall, he was great to deal with. I'm just waiting for my log book to arrive.
