I use a work van during the week, so I’ve been looking forward to the weekends even more since buying my Mercedes from Essex Prestige, it’s such a nice change to drive something so comfortable. The car has been running really well over the past couple of months, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it.
I visited the dealership specifically to see this car, and even though the staff knew I was interested, there was no pressure at all. They were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout.

The guys at Essex Prestige make buying a car a piece of cake! I had a few issues after the purchase, but they picked up the car, got everything sorted quickly, and returned it in no time. Honestly, they did a great job. The only thing missing was a cup of coffee during the sale—I wasn’t offered one! That said, I’d definitely buy from them again when it’s time to change my car—hopefully with coffee included next time.

I am overall very happy with my experience using Essex Prestige. I bought a Mercedes Benz X Class from them, and I'm very happy with it, its running really good now, at first there was a few issues but once i brought this to the dealerships attention they swiftly got this sorted for me with no questions asked. Would defiantly use them again.

I have had a good experience buying from Essex Prestige, the staff were really nice to deal with. Took there time and were quite patient with me so this allowed my partner to also come and see the car, which we appreciated. I would consider buying from them again in the future if I saw a car there I liked.
