Happy with my new car, I went to Essex Prestige specifically for this car and its been a good experience overall. The staff were pleasant to do business with and would gladly buy from the dealership again. I have done around 2.5k miles in the car so far and have no problems. On the basis of my experience I would feel comfortable to recommend this dealership.

We don't use the Ranger very often, but when we have used it its been good. The customer service is what stood out in my experience, they were quick to get back to me with my enquiries and they remained professional throughout.

From the very start Naz the salesman who was assisting me in the purchase of my Range Rover has been brilliant! He was professional and honest with me, along with the garage being well presented and the set up bring really good. Without a doubt if a vehicle came up for sale there in the future I would deal with them again. Highly recommend

The Mercedes I bought from these guys is perfect, enjoying it thoroughly so far. There was an issue with the boot initially but they got this sorted as soon as this was brought to there attention and only took 30 minutes to fix, and not had any issues since. I was looked after well throughout, a little disappointed that I didn't even up dealing with the same person throughout but it was still a good service and wouldn't put me off going back there again in the future.

It was a little confusing when we got there as i wasn't sure where to go/ who to speak to but once we figured that out everybody was very friendly and not at all pushy. I loved my test drive but had a few issues with defects on the vehicle. We wrote out a list and these were all sorted before we picked up the following week.

I brought my dream car, a V10 Audi R8 from Essex Prestige and I’d like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with them. I had a few questions regarding my purchase that the sales team couldn’t answer so the owner, Victor, invited me into his office and explained everything clearly and put my mind at rest. Also, I had a slight issue with the car after I got it home and it needed a small amount of work to be done which Victor authorised and arranged, outside of the warranty agreement. Victor is a top bloke and if you are looking to purchase your dream car look no further than Essex Prestige. I can’t recommend Victor highly enough!
