We had the car delivered to us in Aberdeen. The delivery was perfect! It was on time, and the guy we dealt with at Essex Prestige was amazing. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process, and the communication was excellent. My son is so pleased with the car; it arrived in immaculate condition, and he couldn’t be happier. If you are looking to get a car delivered that looks as good as new, I would highly recommend Essex Prestige.

I have already done around 1,000 miles in the vehicle since having it and have definitely given it a good run around. I am happy with it and have had no issues at all. I found the car online (AutoTrader) and went to view it in person. The only thing I would say is that there were stone chips on the front of the car. They tried to remove them for me but didn’t do the best job, so I had to get it fixed myself after the purchase. However, I cannot fault the customer service from Dylan. I dealt with him from the first call to when I left with the car. He made the process simple and easy. When we went to test drive, he just gave us the keys and let us go, with no pushiness about the sale. He was really helpful and I would recommend him.
