At the moment, we don’t have any issues. We are waiting for the V5C to arrive, but they have advised that it will take between 4 and 6 weeks after the purchase. Overall, my complete experience was really good, they were really helpful. Their responsiveness was excellent.

I was after something bigger and a truck, I was thinking about the Ford Ranger, however, I really like the look of the Merc X class, so I went for it instead. Cam was great. The Merc had a couple of issues before I bought it, so I had to wait a month for it to get fixed, as they didn’t want to release a car that was not perfect.

I don’t get to drive it too much, as the missus drives it hahaha! The guys at Essex Prestige were very friendly and helpful throughout the sales process. We mostly dealt with Kelly, she was great. When we had a problem with the petrol cap, they replaced it for me. We definitely rate the whole experience 5 stars, we really felt looked after.

What a great service and professional team at Essex Prestige, highly recommended dealer. Found a car on their website on Thursday and drove it away on the Saturday, that was down to their amazing service making it seamless and easy to complete the transaction.
