When I pick range rover up no petrol in car.side skirts not working. Mats not in car.heating switch in back of car broken. How ever all problems with car were put right. My suggestion is cars should be proply look at before giving car to customers. This was not done on my car.T.Elliott.

Due to living close by, I thought I would give them a go when I was on the look out for a new car, and I am really pleased with my experience with them and the car itself. I bought a Tesla Model 3 and its been great, defiantly a good choice. On the back of my experience I would feel comfortable to recommend them and use again inn the future.

My husband wanted the Range Rover, but has only drove it a couple of times as he's at work, so I have been driving it most of the time and its a great car and I love it! This is our second time using Essex Prestige and we would recommend as they are always so lovely and give good customer service. Hopefully we wont be back anytime soon, but we would use them again🤞

Enjoying my Mercedes from Essex Prestige, no issues and I received a good level of customer service. I encountered a couple of minor issues at the start but the staff I dealt with were very apologetic and got everything sorted very quickly for me.

After I had bought my Mercedes from Essex Prestige, there was a few parts missing from the car. But as soon as I made the guys aware they posted the parts straight to me, this was so helpful as there was no chasing. The car is perfect, I'm really enjoying it, without a doubt I would consider buying from them again in the future.
