Upon a lengthy car search I found a stunning Porsche 911 on Autotrader and went to see it at Essex Prestige. It was my first time buying from this dealership but I was highly impressed. All the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. I feel they really went above and beyond with their service and efforts to accommodate. I'd be more than happy to purchase future vehicles at this dealership and would recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately we had a bit of an issue with the car and with us living around 300 miles away from Essex Prestige I was a little apprehensive about how things would go forward. Luckily, the staff were on the ball with the issue and allowed us to get the work quoted at a garage nearby. For some reason the garage I went to never quoted us and just carried out the work... I wont lie at this point I was a little worried as obviously we hadn't been able to give Essex Prestige the quote before hand. Anyway, without any qualms the staff at Essex Prestige just took care of the bill, despite it not going the way it should've! I cant lie they have been brilliant at the dealership from day dot. Their communication has always been spot on and they've been more than happy to resolve any issues for us. Its always a bit nerve wracking buying a car so far away but Essex Prestige have proven that it can be done and to a good standard. I will 100% buy from this trustworthy dealership again in the future, with peace of mind.

I've purchased from Essex Prestige before and they've always been good. I like to change up my cars quite often, so I'm no stranger to car dealerships. On this occasion went for a Merc C63, I've been enjoying the car a lot and it can soon shift! I did have a slight issue, but cant knock they way its been dealt with, customer service has been top notch!

Enjoying driving the Jag F-Type... I usually switch up my cars quite often but can see myself keeping hold of this one! Its truly a lovely car. The car was presented well; clean and tidy and very well detailed. Everything was prepared on time meaning a quick and efficient handover. The people are very nice to deal with, its an all round 5 star experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great new car.

I had a few issues with the Audi initially but Victor and Reis were sound, they got me back in straight away and got it all sorted, was very happy with how everything was handled. I'm over the moon with the RS6 now, I love driving it, defo had a lot of fun, I'll be keeping hold of this car for some time, but when the time is right I would definitely use Essex prestige again.
