From start to finish I could not fault Essex Prestige, the service was fantastic. I purchased a Ford Focus ST and its perfect I couldn't have asked for anything more, I'm really pleased with both the dealership and car and would have no issues in recommending.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Essex Prestige I did not feel under pressure one bit. The salesman just gave me the keys and let me do my own thing which was nice. He was there when I needed him, but he wasn't constantly looking over my shoulder, I was allowed as long as I wanted to view the car and went back to him with some questions before I had made my mind up. Of course I decided to buy the Mercedes, it was perfect both inside and out and ticked all the boxes!

I am loving my C220d that I recently purchased from Essex, I have had so many compliments on how nice the car looks, so it has been a great addition! The service was just as good, they were all really friendly and didn't mess about one bit. It was a really fast process and I was in and out within a few days. All in all it has been a very successful purchase. I will definitely be back, and have already recommended others as to where I got my beauty from!
