This is my second car bought from Essex Prestige and second time dealing with Reiss who is just fantastic. The service is always amazing and the stock and quality of cars matches this. I had been let down a couple of times by previous dealerships the day I was looking for a car and went to these guys last minute and found exactly what I wants plus the service was excellent, They were helpful and quick at helping me sort everything out and I love my new Audi A3. Excellent customer service provided by Essex Prestige, I bought a BMW M2 and the chap who did the sale was just incredible, I instantly felt comfortable and confident when speaking to him. I had lots of questions and they were really helpful talking through everything and answered everything I asked. I would use them again and recommend the 5 star service to anyone.
