I am very happy with my recent purchase from Essex prestige (Evoque), the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I didnt feel pressured into the sale and they gave me lots of time to look, test drive and make a decision, never any pestering or rushing. Highly recommend.

Smooth process and they work at some speed. They got things sorted very quickly for me, I chose the Merc and collected the next day, not many places you are able to do that. Thanks Essex Prestige, great motor and even better customer service.

Im really impressed with my car, it runs really well and great to drive. Its spacious inside and looks great from the outside. Really good encounter with the dealership when buying it. Its the first time ive purchased a car from them but it certainly wont be the last. Everything was made super easy and was completely stress free.

I bought a Mercedes from Essex prestige and I had a bit of trouble with it at first, it was nothing major but I contacted the dealership and Victor took control of it. He got everything sorted for me in no time. The way he handled the issues really instilled confidence in me and the car dealer industry. I would be more than happy to shop with Essex Prestige again and I would be happy to refer friends and family with the confidence they would be looked after.

From the car to the level of service, there is absolutely nothing I can pick fault with. The boys at the dealership were brill and the Merc is insane! It was a really smooth process and I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a new motor.
