This dealer comes with my recommendations, really helpful and nice staff, very happy and smiley and a nice handover process. Everybody i spoke to was polite, kind and informative. There was strong communication from the start and constant updates. I would recommend to anybody looking to buy a new car.

I purchased a car from Essex Prestige and the whole transaction was handled very well, smooth and professional. Unavoidable from their end, I didnt like the car, so I sold the car back to the dealer and took something else. There was nothing wrong with it, just not suited to me. The dealer was cool about it all and made the selling process just as easy as the buying process. Can't fault them.

I recently used Essex Prestige to buy a car, I found the Ford on autotrader and contacted the dealer directly to enquire. The guys over there were really friendly and helpful which made me feel at ease. The car is lovely, I'm so pleased with it. It was a very simple process, straightforward and easy.

After a lengthy car searches I found the perfect car online with this dealer, I called them to make sure it was still available - luckily for me it was so I made an appointment to go down and see it. Had a test drive and bought it there and then, the car ticked all the boxes for me, I couldn't miss the opportunity. Very smooth process and polite staff. Nice one Essex Prestige! 🚗

I purchased a Bentley a few years ago and was so happy with the service that I went back for a Porsche. There was a minor issue with the air con but essex prestige fixed it for me straight away, very prompt and professional. I haven't driven it much yet but I cant wait to get it out on the road in the summer! Brilliant service... I will be back.

Found the Mercedes on Auto trader spoke to the dealer and arranged to go and test drive. Bought the car there and then and collected it the following week, I was shocked at how quick and easy it was. I drive a fair few miles for work so I am definitely getting my use out of it. Very friendly people, spot on service.
