I really enjoyed buying my new car through Essex Prestige, it was exciting and enjoyable and the team of staff there were absolutely great - really helpful and polite. The car (Range Rover Voque) is absolutely perfect, top condition, great price and running very nicely.

I bought the perfect car from this dealer, I'm so happy with it. I've loved driving it since buying and I've had a lot of fun in it! Its a lovely Mercedes, really good condition, low mileage, and the price was very good!! The whole collection was done safely and contact-free, the staff were helpful, polite and did what they could given the circumstances. I would be more than happy to buy here again.

I recently purchased a Tesla from Essex Prestige, the car is incredible, its so enjoyable to drive, I'm very pleased with it. Victor looked after me when I was purchasing, he was excellent - so helpful and friendly, he went out of his way to accommodate for me. Over-all a great experience and I will certainly recommend moving forward.

I want to thank the team at Essex Prestige, they really looked after me when I purchased my new Mercedes GLE. There was a few things that needed attention on the car, the dealer sorted very quickly for me. I'm really happy with it, I had an Audi A1 before so I'm still getting used to the Merc, its a lot bigger, but very comfortable, lovely to drive and I feel more sturdy in this. The customer service was brilliant, they were all so helpful and kind, just really nice people. It was laidback, no pressure or rushing, I really enjoyed the experience, It was stress-free and exciting.

I purchased my new Mercedes in December, its been amazing driving and getting used to it, its a lovely car, looks very nice, I'm super happy with it. The gentleman that was dealing with my sale was superb - he went above and beyond for me. He helped me with the applications, documents, paperwork, insurance - absolutely everything, he talked me through all the details and took his own time to help me. Very very friendly and kind individual. Nothing but top marks for Essex Prestige - I will recommend to anybody looking for a new car.

I was looking online for a new Range Rover Sport and I came across Essex Prestige who were selling one I really liked the look of. This is the first time I have used Essex Prestige but the service has been second to none and the car is brilliant. I would 100% use again for my next car.

The whole process worked very well including delivery. The sales guys were helpful throughout and even once I had the car, in getting a couple niggles sorted for me. The car is a present for my wife, she is absolutely loving it. We cant complain atall and would happily use in the future again.
