The Maserati Levante has been wonderful. The salesman Dylan has been fabulous and went above and beyond for me. He could not have done any more.

I have bought about four cars from Essex Prestige and the customer service has been really good every time I have been there. Really good guys.

My experience with them was average to be honest. I got a car originally from them but it developed a fault, we went back and forth and decided to get another car, but that has had to go into the garage too. I did purchase the extended warranty and I've had to go through that for ease. The one redeeming feature was the guy I dealt with Dylan was great in terms of communication.

They were really accommodating and helpful. The car is excellent - I haven't done many miles so far but I'm enjoying it. The keyless door entry isn't working though - I will contact them about it shortly. I dealt with Dylan who was absolutely spot on.

I did have a good experience. There was some issues with the pickup which I only realised afterwards though. The wheel arches that weren't screwed on properly - it also came with no foot mats and I spoke to them about it but they haven't sent them yet. They are good guys and it's a good company, I'm just disappointed that they didn't follow through with the mats.

The BMW X5 I purchased has been good, and I had a great experience overall.

4, very good customer service from sales people, how ever our truck has been sold with a worn tyre which will need replaced shortly and also the brake pads are also very low, we have been told by a mechanic these should have been done before the truck was sold.

The experience was good to be fair. There is a loose wire in the speakers but other than that it's bang on. They delivered it for me because I'm quite a way away, you could tell it had had a valet done.
