Couldn't be happy with the service I received for Essex Prestige from the moment I phoned up to when I drove off in my new car they were so accommodating. I even developed a minor issue with my car a couple of weeks after purchasing the car and again they were so helpful and was sorted quicker than I expected, the reason I am leaving this review and I would highly recommend buying from Essex Prestige!!

We are so disappointed in ourselves for not reading the reviews for Essex Prestige Autos before we bought our Mercedes ML. Please folks be careful before parting with your money and take advice from Trading Standards before you buy.

Found a car from Essex Prestige that looked lovely & sent an email before they opened & got a very quick reply saying the car was still for sale & ok to go & look at it.it was parked outside when I arrived & it looked lovely the pictures didn't do it justice,was left alone to look at it & open/touch the car,asked for a test drive & was given a trade plate & went out alone which I liked,said half hour test drive & that was no problem,got back & completed the deal by trading my car in,there insurance covered me till midnight that night another nice touch all in all a great experience buying the car,now the problem a week after I'd bought it the seat belt anchor wouldn't hold the seat belt so emailed about warranty,no answer despite how fast the reply was pre sale,I have emailed another two times & rung once with no answer,the part was £27 so they will bend over backwards pre sale & ignore you after,glad my fix was cheap & not an Aston or Mercedes with bigger problems because I doubt they would honour that warranty promise either.

Made an appointment at 2pm to view a car at Essex Prestige. Upon arrival they hadn't bothered to even move the car out to be viewed as she said they waste time for people who don't show up. A few issues with the car included faults and flat tyres she was incredibly rude and aggressive resulting in no sale don't waste your time going there like we did premium cars with far from any premium service.

I bought an Audi Q7 from Essex Prestige and unfortunately after a day the engine light come on I rang them up to explain the problem and they were very helpful and told me to take the car to my nearest garage to get the issue looked at, they found a few problems straight away at an Audi Specialist and when we gave the quote to E/P they said straight away for the garage to repair the issues and that they will pay the bill no problem. I would highly reccomened buying at Essex Prestige, Very good service, perfect communication, got nothing but good things to say about them.

I am really happy with Essex prestige bought a little smart car from there and the service went above and beyond . I really don't know why people are giving them bad reviews they are genuine and will do anything to help you . The problem is people go in shouting at them for no reason as I witnessed and abusing them and expect help no way . Honestly these guys are tops I did have a little problem and they rectified it straight away honestly these guys went above and beyond for me . Maybe try speaking to them nicely that will make all the difference. Excellent service.

Just bought my new car from Essex prestige and read these reviews after can't believe it's the same garage have got nothing but good things to say about them they were very friendly, very relaxed atmosphere not watching over me or pushy salesman. The car was immaculate and just had 12 months mot on it was provided with a 3 month warranty aswell looked at 4 cars before I bought there one and by far the best showroom and service all round.

bought a lovely Range Rover evouge from here last month. My dream car was better than advertised and the saleswoman was really welcoming and thank god not too pushy. I saved a lot of money buying my car from her and not a used one from the dealer also.
