My BMW is pristine. I visited Essex Prestige because I only heard good things about the team. I'm really surprised at the price too. I found the same BMW advertised somewhere else that had done 50k-60k miles on the clock and it was advertised at the same price as mine, expect mine was in better condition and only had 23,000 miles. I couldn't believe the value for money that I got.

My BMW 2 Series from Essex Prestige is absolute mustard. My old man knows the owner and he recommended them to me. I had a look around the dealership's forecourt, as there were a few cars that I wanted to look at. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he offered to let me test drive whatever vehicles I wanted too, but after around 30 minutes of looking around, I only had eyes for the BMW.
It's not often I listen to my dad, but I'm glad I did this time.

Dylan is the guy to ask for at Essex Prestige. I visited them because I am local to the Harlow area and know they have a good reputation. There were a few dealerships that had the Audi A6 available, but the customer service that Dylan provided me was exceptional. He went through the whole vehicle, explaining the features and you could tell he really knew this stuff. I test drove it, and that sealed the deal for me.

Everything is all good on my end! My visit went well, and the sales team couldn’t do enough for me. I got recommended to them by a close family friend. I saw that they had some top-end luxury vehicles, which drew my curiosity, which is when I came across the Continental. It's an absolute sunning vehicle, and the Bentley ticks all the right boxes for me.

I had a great experience with Essex Prestige! I found them on Autotrader and booked an appointment to buy my Audi TT. I did what I needed to do to make sure it was the right car for me, including a test drive. We also went through the paperwork, and I had a few questions about the warranty, and they ran through it all with me. The handover process was also so simple, making it all a very easy experience to buy from them. I’m really pleased with my purchase.

There were no issues when I was buying my new car from Essex Prestige. They conducted business very well and made it easy to complete the paperwork needed to take it home with me. A test drive was offered of the Tesla before buying. The test drive went really well, and considering how low the milage was it made sense for me to take it.

Essex Prestige is a very honest dealership. I wanted to buy a Mercedes-Benz C-Class from them, so I paid them a visit. I test drove it before making the decision to go ahead with it.
They said they would give it a once-over with a service and a fresh MOT. During the MOT, they noticed that the headlight module was ok to pass a MOT, but they said it was an advisory and it was better to get it replaced sooner rather than later. I was given the option that they could replace it, but it would take a few weeks to get the part in or I could take it away, and they would pay the bill if I got it done locally to me. My home is around 3 hours away, so I took the car home with me and had it replaced locally. They did what they said they would do, and they even paid the garage that did the work the same day the invoice was sent over.

Once I managed to sell my Audi privately. I called Essex Prestige to try and buy the Mercedes-Benz GLE however, the 2019 plate I was looking at had already been sold. They did inform me a 2020 plate had just come in, it had lower milage and also had a fresh MOT, which made the choice a no-brainer for me. I agreed to buy it, and they delivered it to me the following Saturday before midday so I didn't have to make that 6 hour round trip.
