I drove away with my new pickup in June, and everything has been good but I'm still getting used to it. This is my first Ford Range, having driven an automatic before, so Ill see how I get on. The customer service was perfect everyone was super helpful. I was offered a test drive which helped my decision-making process, they even assisted with tax, and made the process simple and easy compared to the main dealers I'm used to. I didn't even know the dealership was so local to us. I will definitely be shopping here again. Plus, they even give you a follow-up call after the purchase to make sure everything is in order.

A month on after buying my BMW and I'm happy with the purchase. I found Essex Prestige on Autotrader, it was like a hidden gem after seeing some of the cars they had in stock. I've driven it a fair bit and everything runs as it should. On arrival, the team was welcoming and gave me plenty of space to look around the car, which I didn't get from other dealerships before. They also took their time to talk me through the paperwork, which was nice so I wasn't left with any hidden surprises. I never give top marks but I'm happy with everything.

My new Tesla has been fabulous and for now everything is good. I’ve taken it on a good long drive recently, to really get a feel for it and it performed perfectly. My wife drives the car as well, she comments all the time about how smooth the drive is. This is my first time owning an electric car, and the transition has been easier than I thought. The team was helpful in answering all my questions and offering me a test drive before committing to the car, which gave me confidence to make the switch. You can tell the car was well looked after, and it was nice to see the car was well presented on the day because when I arrived it had even been polished. 5 stars from me and my wife 👍

Nick was great and on point every step of the way. He did everything I asked in a good timely manner with no hard sell. The part exchange process was smooth, and the service was perfect. My Maserati Levante has been great and I'm enjoying what it has to offer. There was an issue with the reverse camera, but Nick helped me out and got this resolved.
