Overall my experience at Essex Prestige was a simple one. I knew what car I came to see and the team were happy to pass me the keys to have a look around. I ended up getting a great deal on the BMW and you can't ask for much more than that.

I reckon I've already added a couple of thousand miles to my Tesla already and I can't get enough of it. When I enquired about the car, everyone was super helpful and really worked with me to get it over the line. I'll be back for a couple of more cars because of the service they provided me.

I had a little issue at the start as my air con wasn't working but I was impressed with how the team handled the situation and got it resolved without kicking up a fuss. My Mercedes has been trouble free since, so I don't have any complaints.

The Range Rover Sport has been brilliant! We've already towed our caravan with it, and I'm very happy with its performance. Nick, the salesman, was perfect. I thought he was really lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. There was no pressure, and he was quick to resolve any issues. We probably put more pressure on him since we turned up without an appointment, but we knew what we wanted, and he was happy to look after us. 10 out of 10 for the excellent service!

A month on with my Range Rover Evoque and everything is running well. I've taken it out a couple of times and it drives beautifully. The dealership took my Mercedes as part of the deal, which I got a very good price for. Dylan was fantastic he answered all my questions with great communication and even helped with switching the private plate. I highly recommend this dealership for their excellent service and support throughout the buying process.

As buying cars go, everything was pretty straightforward. I found the Honda CR-V on eBay and when I saw my bid had won, I was quick to go and collect it. I arrived, and the car was ready for me to drive off once I signed the paperwork. I never give top marks but I can't fault the process.
