As someone who was loyal to Mercedes, I never imagined the day when another car could make my heart skip a beat. That was until I laid eyes on the Audi E-Tron. Transitioning from the roar of a fuel engine to the whisper of an electric motor was a change I never thought I would ever make. Yet there I was at Essex Prestige, and it was like the car was talking to me, saying, buy me now, buy me now. Dylan had an easy job, and he did not have to do much work because the Audi sold itself. Appearance was the key factor in the purchase of my new Mercedes E-Class. I just find the car very aesthetically appealing. As soon as I saw the car on Auto Trader, I knew this was the perfect make and model for me. It then became a waiting game to find the right one to pop up locally that was affordable, had great mileage, and was in pristine condition. So, when the right car popped up at Essex Prestige, I knew I had to go and buy the car. Being such a reputable company, I was under no illusions about the quality of the car. On going to the dealership The place ran like clockwork, they provided brilliant service from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly well trained. So, it's easy to give them full marks, for such high standards.

On arrival, I wasn't sure which make and model would be right for me, but the staff worked hard to make sure they found the perfect, spacious car for me. After looking on Autotrader, I found an Audi RS3 with Essex Prestige. Niall and Victor showed me around the dealership, and knew the car I wanted inside and out. They were extremely friendly and eager to share their knowledge. The RS3 was immaculately presented and every feature was explained in detail. Essex Prestige exceeded my expectations, in every aspect, and will most definitely be looking through the vast stock options again at Essex prestige, when it comes time for my next upgrade.
