I am really impressed with this dealership. They were very welcoming, friendly and they answered every question I had. I asked if the car could have a once over before it left the dealership and they were more than happy to do that. I was sold a lovely car and I couldn't be happier with the purchase of my Merc. They also checked in on me after I bought the car to make sure everything was okay so the helpfulness didn't just stop after a sale it carried on.

I collected my new Mercedes from here recently and the car has been brilliant. The customer service was fantastic, this is a honest dealer that have a great passion about the cars which they sell and they take great pride in making sure that their customers are fully satisfied with the service they receive. It was Dylan that dealt with me whilst buying my Ford Transit van from here, he was very professional and he couldn't do enough for me. He went above any of my expectations and I did not feel pressured into buying the vehicle, Dylan made the experience an enjoyable one. The sale was completed quickly without me having to do anything but sign the paperwork it was so simple and stress free. I'm very pleased with my new van and it is doing the job which I need it to do.

Nick was informative, professional, and respectful of my needs, he did not pressure me into making a decision, but gave me honest and helpful advice. My cousin who works at the main Land Rover dealership in Knutsford inspected my vehicle and he told me that it was in excellent condition and everything is good with it mechanically. I am very happy with my purchase and I love driving my new Range Rover.

Genuinely the best customer service you could ever get from a car dealership. I don’t recommend buying a car anywhere else but from here. The salesman I dealt with treat me with the most respect and looked after me very well. I cannot thank him enough for the time he spent going through everything with me. No matter what car you buy from them or how much it costs they treat you like royalty! They have the best cars for sale and the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. If you're looking for a car then call in here. I had a wonderful experience with Essex Prestige when I picked up my car from them last month. Dylan was a top lad, I had a fair distance to travel and I caught the train to come to see the car, he went out of his way and came to collect me from the train station and took me back to their dealership. When we got there he showed me the car and he provided me with all the information I needed and answered any questions I had for him clearly and thoroughly, there was no hard selling involved and everything was dealt with in a professional manner, it was a really positive experience. I would highly recommend Essex Prestige to anyone wanting to make their next car purchase and I am going to go back there soon when my partner wants to upgrade her Jag to see what they can do for her.
