I originally wanted the C63 but due to working on the docks and the number of birds I didn't think the soft roof would be suitable. I settled on a BMW M4 and it's great, I'm driving it daily commuting and haven't encountered any issues yet.
Big thanks to Nick, He really looked after me in the dealership.

I went to Essex Prestige on the hunt for a family car, I saw an Audi A8 which I instantly knew was the car for me. I have driven the car a little bit and i am very happy overall, once I have the logbook, everything will be perfect!

I went to Essex Prestige with the intention of walking away with a car same day. I saw a Mercedes CLA which they had an instantly knew that was the car I was going home with.
I am very happy with the service I have received and aside from a few scratches which I hadn't noticed initially and an engine management light coming on after a couple weeks, the car is perfect.
I have inquired with the dealership about the engine management light although, I haven't had the time to take this in as they requested.

I have been int he car game for 30+ years and work as a VW mechanic.. As far as dealerships go, these guys are on the ball. The cars condition was spot on, I had a couple of wear and tear bits go but they sent the parts out straight away for me to replace and all in all, I have no complaints.
I love the golf GTD, I had one before but needed the newer model to remain ULEZ compliant.

I purchased a Porsche Taycan from Essex Prestige for my husband, It's a beautiful car! We don't drive it all the time as it's not something we want to put kids seats in but the millage we have been on has all been smooth sailing.
The team in the dealership were lovely, couldn't do enough for me, even stayed late to ensure we could get the deal over the line.

I knew the experience was going to be exceptional when we were picked up from the train station by a young man who greeted us with a big smile and positive attitude.
Essex Prestige seemed to have handpicked the loveliest staff who all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs.
I purchased a Mercedes SLK which I don't drive very often, but every time I do drive there can I am happy and have no issues whatsoever.
My only reason for a mark down is the car's air con didn't work which in this heat is not ideal, the garage sorted this out for me very quickly and without hesitation which was impressive to me.
Room for improvement would be to take extra car looking into the little things prior to sale.
My son will be needing a new car soon and I know exactly where I will be taking him!
