Sold me a 2nd hand car for over 13K. Just had a 5 month service (inside statutory warranty of 6 months) the cost was £1230. New breaks, shockers and more. I'd done under 5k miles. I have a very reputable mechanic who told me there is no way this level of damage could have been incurred in such a short time. EHHL did a service however, before selling, and it met their standards. Something doesn't stack up! Needless to say, they don't want to know. Draw your own conclusions.

Just purchased our new Ioniq 6 from Hyundai Leeds. Andrew made the buying experience simple, understandable and honest. I generally find buying a new car a stressful experience but his no pressure honest and professional attitude made it a pleasure. The Ioniq 6 is awesome, awesome to look at and awesome to drive. Excellent service from Peter. We had looked at Available car and carshop before visiting Hyundai Leeds. Peter was very knowledgeable and immediately made us realise we’d come to the right garage. 10 out of 10 and Hyundai Leeds have a new loyal customer in us.

Disappointed advised different costs given by different staff for parts! obviously more expensive than other garages but to be 100% more expensive can not be right! Labour charge £144 an hour, I do hope the mechanics are actually getting this, I doubt it! Not a place I could trust or would return to. Independent garage for us from now on.

Called in a few days ago to look at a Hyundai Kona. The two young salesman basically didn’t want to know and clearly weren’t interested and in fact one of them started criticising my partners current car! When we eventually spoke to an older salesman he seemed very reluctant to show us any vehicles or hand over any keys so we could see inside a vehicle. We left after 10 to 15 minutes. We then went to Hyundai in Wakefield and had a complete opposite experience. I know where I will be buying my next car from and it won’t be form Hyundai in Leeds ,
