Amazing service by John , I had a car on order at MG this was ordered end of November I had zero communication ,sold my car ready for Monday pick up to only be told the car had not been manufactured. I rang Hyundai and John informed me he had three cars in stock . I rang MG and cancelled the order and proceeded with Hyundai, this was Wednesday and a Tuesday pick up was booked instantly. I went to look at the car Thursday and unfortunately my husbands car failed it’s MOT so we was without a car so I asked the question to Jordan the branch Manager if there was a possibility of an earlier pick up , I was thinking at a push a day early but he replied how about tomorrow. So from ordering on Wednesday I had the car 2 days later . Thank you so much John and Jordan I couldn’t thank you enough for the service I have received!

My recent purchase was handled by Avaies Iqbal from start to finish including the delivery of the car. He is a very down to earth, pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable person in his field . He also arranged car insurance on my behalf beating all quote I had received. Overall I’m very happy with the level of service I received and would definitely recommend him.

I've just purchased a used Hyundai and had very good service. There was one issue that occurred, but they sorted this out extremely efficiently and without any hassle. Terrible place which does not want to help a customer by investigating a problem despite being provided countless evidence. I do not recommend this place to people. They claim that my faults are supposed to be there and that other cars are like this. If you wish to view my videos which show the cars fault. Hassle free purchase of a brand new i10. Andy was more than helpful and I will certainly return here in the future. Everything was sorted via email and all I had to do to take ownership was actually turn up for the car 2 weeks later.
