Left a £99 deposit against a car, under their promise that the £99 would be refunded within 3 days if I didn’t purchase the car. Arrived at the Evans Halshaw Mansfield Nissan dealership, the reserved car was blocked in, had a flat battery, and unable to take for a test drive. Subsequently took 2 other models out, each had to go via the petrol station, which resulted in our afternoon being used up testing other cars , and not the one we wanted. The salesman then offered me £700 less than what had been agreed on the phone for my p/ex. After all that, we didn’t buy, then had to ring and email ahead Head Office numerous times, and 3 WEEKS later, received my deposit back. POOR SHOW.

Please ensure when you are signing your financial agreement that it is correct and you're not signing up for something completely different. My experience at Evans Halshaw Masnfield on the Oakwood Road was that I was signing up for PCP only to find out 2 years later I had actually signed up for something else that tied me into a finance deal that I did not want. Unfortunately I trusted the sales staff to give me a contract for what we had been discussing there excuse now is that was back then and they have now recruited new members of staff I'm not convinced so please be extremely careful when dealing with this particular branch. Even though I have put complaints in it took 6 months for me to be directed to the correct person but as I had signed the contract I'm unable to do anything about it so please go away and read before going ahead and don't trust what you are been told. A Very Unsatisfied Customer.

Awful, he advertised the car with wrong mileage and sold me the car knowing the passenger window is broken, i did not know it was broken until a week after i had picked the car up as my mum tried to put the window down and it would not move, he then refused to pay for it to be fixed after i spoke to him about it

I asked for my car to be serviced before purchasing it as it was well overdue. I was told this was done but have since discovered that it wasn't due to the service light coming up on the dashboard.

I am very happy that I chose this dealership.. I haven't experienced any trouble with my car any questions I asked was dealt with right away quick to help and to assist... I found them to have my best interest /comfort first ).. very very happy with the service given and offered... would definitely recommend..

Hardly ever answered the phone. Wiper jets didn't work which were part of the MOT which was supposedly done the day before and I have been left with the incorrect part of the v5 which means I still don't have the car in my name since buying it in May. I have called on numerous occasions to resolve this and they simply do not seem bothered. I love the car but the wiper jets still don't work. They denied any responsibility and the car STILL is not in my name.

Loved my car and it was spotless when I bought it. Fell in love straight away. Definitely reconsider in the future. Thanks a lot.

The car was spotless when we picked it up. And the rep was very helpful. Would recomend this dealer highly. When we are ready to change our car in the future this is the place we will call first.

When we looked at the car we loved it. The dealer was very helpful and informative. We thought the tyres were very close to the illegal limit which we mentioned and the dealer put 4 new tyres on the car. Fantastic. Will definately buy from this garage again. They were also very helpful when i phoned a few months after buying the car to ask a few questions. A☆
