We recently visited Citroën in York to view a couple of cars. Never having owned a Citroën before we were unsure what to expect but a young man called Josh was really helpful and took the time to help us find the right match without being pushy. I now know things about cars I need knew before. Its clear to see that this young man enjoys his job and has excellent customer service skills. We will be visiting again when the time comes for my husband to replace his car too.

Luke Brack took us on a test drive, explaining thoroughly all aspects of the car. He was patient when we went away to consider our options and although he was busy when we returned he contacted us by phone to make sure all documents etc were ready for the collection appointment.

Absolutely disgusted with evens Halshaw, bought a car within 3 weeks started having issues with the car, car been in 3 time for repair still not fixed, now refusing to fix it because it’s not coved in there 3 months guarantee, could understand if I had the car 6 months or so then started having issues. but only had it 3 weeks, will never buy a car or recommend any one,

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from the used car department. I made a 7-hour round trip to test drive a car that I was initially interested in buying. I put down a £700 deposit, but changed my mind within three days. I let the Shaun Belt know of my decision, but it has been four months since then and I have not yet received my deposit back.
The dealership has tried to take £300 off of my deposit, despite the fact that I did not purchase the car and let them know of my decision within three days. I understand that they may have incurred some administrative costs, but I do not believe that it is fair to keep £300 of my deposit.
I have called the dealership many times over the past four months, and have been promised that management would call me and send me a breakdown of the administrative costs. However, I have not received anything from the dealership other than empty promises.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from the used car department. The staff have been unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership

Absolute bunch of cowboys who’s customer service & after sales is appalling. We bought a car for over £20k that isn’t even 4 years old & we haven’t even had it 2 years to be told it needs a new engine!!! Shocking dealership with rude & abrasive staff. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
