Awful service from Exclusive Autos, make offers then retract them. Took time off work to take my car down only for them to promise to call me back, shock that didn’t happen. Then ignore my calls and when they do answer you get another clueless member of staff who knows nothing about my car. Finally confirm all the details again for him to make a offer £1500 less than 2 weeks before. Absolute joke. Have a look at the other awful reviews

Just bought a Porsche cayenne from Exclusive Autos, dealt with Akib, very nice and helpful guy and very honest about the car as i travelled down from newcastle to buy it, he also gone above and beyond what he had to do right down to helping me with my plate transfer. I noticed All of exclusives cars are very well prepared they all looked immaculate, highly recommend!

Purchased a car. Within a couple of months it was effectively undriveable thanks to the engine. They refused to fix it or take it back, despite me being covered by the Consumer Rights Act. Currently in the middle of a long and drawn out court case with them.

I brought my first car (BMW M3 E93) from them 4 years ago. I am someone who asks a lot of questions, they sent me everything I needed before I travelled to 90 miles to see the car. Bought car from Exclusive Autos with warranty. Within first month needed new clutch , coil packs and spark plugs none of which they paid for. Then 2nd month gear box went. They have been no help and would advise everyone to stay away their warranty isn't worth nothing.

Very Happy with the quality of service the staff at Exclusive Autos gave me, it's the first time I ever purchased a car outside of Sweden, after a bit of digging trying to find a dealer in the UK with a variety of stock I stumbled across exclusive autos on Ebay and I found a Nissan Skyline that was exactly the spec I was after, along with a load of others on their website! I got in touch and arranged an appointment to the view the car only a week before Xmas on very short notice and subsequently booked my flight, From the initial point of contact I found the sales staff very helpful, they helped me arrange my travels, picked me up from the train station & made the whole sale process very easy and hassle free for me. The vehicle itself was phenomenal to say the least, the pictures did not do it any justice! Would definitely return in the future & would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying from these guys, especially to my European counterparts who are clueless as I was in buying a car in the UK and in need of a reliable dealership !
