We purchased a car from Fenlake some 3 weeks ago. We had a test drive there didn't appear to be any issues, that day noticed the brakes juddering, we contacted Fenlake by email the next day to let them know. So far Jay has done nothing. We were also told by telephone and email that the car came with 6 month warranty, and would be serviced. Despite chasing, we are still waiting to see the warranty paperwork as for the service I was slightly dubious now if it had even been carried out, guess what it hasn't. The oil is black and gritty, their air filter is full of bugs, not sure about the oil filter but I guess what, it hasn't. We gave Jay (Fenlake) till 24th March before we took further action. We will contact finance company, trading standards, credit card company and lastly county court to get this matter resolved.

Do not buy of this piece of shit called Jay absolute liar and I'm sure he's writing his own 5 star reviews
Jay and the team were very nice, he offered to pick me up from the train station for a test drive, had the alloys refurbed on the car I was buying, I brought the car, nothing wrong with it apart from a part that was needed for part of the roof which we agreed on, to cut the long story short, I am still waiting for my payment for the part, I brought the car in April 2022 and I am writing this in Feb 2023, soon to be a whole year. Such a shame because apart from the payment, everything else was fine! AVOID at all costs.

Fenlake are an amazing car dealership, they sorted out the MOT and further replaced parts that were a bit worn on my new car! The guys up there were very polite and got the job done swiftly, efficiently and professionally. MASSIVE thumbs up for fenlake!
Brought a car of this garage through Jay. Has a fraudulent MOT on it and £1800 pounds worth of repairs that need doing!! Was also in a front end and was not told this but clearly seen from the drips of paint and overspray and also the slam panels!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
