What a terrible customer service. My friend bought a car from them last week, on the Sunday it broke down and she nearly crashed the car. When she phoned the dealer they told her to take it to her local garage and then phone the warranty people. She said to them that a car shouldn't break down straightaway, and was told 'these things happen' and he even insinuated that her car was bought cheap (£5000) and what should she expect??? Absolutely disgraceful. Do not go to Fenways at any cost
I saw a car from Fenways of Blackfen that ticked all the boxes. but in car gurus it was overpriced by £625.00 I asked the dealer if he was willing to take less but he stated no and apparently they never do. Such a shame as the car had been advertised for a long time, so obviously they were not in a hurry to sell it. The guy mentioned Auto Trader but car gurus have an extremely good reputation and I will be checking them when buying my car in the future. Again a shame. Jay G

Bought a secondhand car from Fenways in August admittedly it was an older car but was told they’re checked completely so would have thought with the mileage as high as it was that the cambelt would have been checked and changed but alas it hadn’t been so £1600 down the drain as the cambelt fitted was over £1000 definitely would not recommend
I was really looked after from viewing my car, buying and after care! Would recommend Fenways. Show rooms are great with a nice selection of good affordable cars.

i recently bought a used car from fenway, Sidcup. The car was clean, lots of past history and seems a good deal. Mr whitehead seemed honest and above board. i took the car for a short drive and then left a deposit. After picking it up a few days later i found that the garage have very recently and expertly covered the spaces where the roof bar holes are with black tape to match the trim at that point and the space covers are missing. this was clearly intended deception as the tape was brand new and the holes would clearly have been found on cleaning by them. My partner spoke to Mr Whitehead who has refused to replace the cover for the strips and says that this isnt covered by the weeks 'any problem' and return the car - which was his verbal comment at the time of purchase. I like the car but am very disappointed with Fenways deception and do not recommend them.

The Vauxhall I bought from Fenways has been brilliant and touch wood it stays that way. The service was great there, very helpful staff and the car was clean. I recommend!
