I personally think the Hyundai we bought from Fenways was good value good for money. The car was clean but I think there is a small issue with the clutch. Other than that though It was good, Recommend.

Fenways are dodgy dealers my car has numerous problems and all they want to do is fob you of and say everything is normal would not recommend customer service is poor as were I have had numerous problems I was always complaining there attitude would change stay away.
When you buy a car the salesman is your best friend, you only find out the truth when a problem occurs.I had a slight problem which was dealt with quickly and fairly .Very pleased with the outcome.
Although the service was quite good from Fenways and the staff were friendly, I probably wouldn't recommend them based on my experience with them. my car had a lot of issues in the beginning which have now been resolved but it was very inconvenient and disappointing.

Good service from Fenways overall! I purchased a Qashqai quite recently and I am really happy with it. It's in fantastic condition and runs very well. I have only had one problem with it which the dealers were happy to sort for me. I would recommend!!!

I bought a car from here back in September. The car has multiple faults that only became apparent after purchase. The horn was faulty and there was a chip in the window screen (it was raining when I collected the car so I didn't see the chip) And when I contacted the dealer he just said the car wouldn't have passed its MOT with those faults. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

i BOUGHT A VAUXHALL ASTRA FROM HERE. DUE TO IT RAINING WHEN DRIVING AWAY WITH THE CAR I FAILED TO SEE THERE WAS A CRACK IN MY WINDSCREEN. MY HORN DOES NOT WORK AND MY MECHANIC SAYS I NEED AN AUTO ELECTRICIAN TO LOOK AT IT. AND MY INDICATOR TURNS OFF BEFORE I HAVE EVEN DONE MY MONOUVER. ALSO AFTER CHECKING THE VALUE OF MY CAR ON OTHER WEBSITE I HAVE COME TO REALISE THAT I WAS VERY OVER PRICED FOR THIS VECHILE.
