We saw a car advertised online that had 33,000 miles on it, arranged to view, paid a deposit while they were going to MOT it and service it, got a phone call later that week saying they weren’t going to service it after all, went in following week to pay the balance, which we did and pick up the car, looking through the paperwork, I saw it had 58,000 miles. complained to staff who were uninterested and refused to even negotiate on price, no manager wanted to see us, but the staff were told by the manager over the phone to refund us,we asked for compensation for our costs( travelling time and insurance changes) which they agreed to said they would send a cheque which NEVER came! Don’t trust FG Barnes Vauxhall in Maidstone, they are crooks!!!

The worst customer service and customer orientation I have ever experienced. Nice as pie when FG Barnes in Maidstone are trying to get money out of you and rude and unhelpful as soon as you have an issue. AVOID!

Having bought one car with excellent service & after sales we had to buy another car after the 1st was written off. Initial sales was good but after sales service was disgraceful. No replies to emails & phone calls. Very unprofessional and impolite. 3 months on and the refund due has arrived with absolutely no communication, just a cheque in an envelope. Will never use them again.

FG Barnes Maidstone go back on their promise, get everything in writing.
