Bought my first ever KIA car, a new Diesel Sport age Auto and my first impression is very good but I will see how things play out over time. Based on my own personal experience with this Dunfermline based garage, I cannot recommend it at all. The members of staff at this garage, Barrie and Kevin, who I dealt with, cannot be recommended. If their own partner, spouse or family member received the level of ‘service’ I did, I can only imagine that they would be as disappointed as I am. Perhaps my own customer expectations are unrealistic and too high.

i bought a 19 plate car from a ford dealer and went to flear and thompson for accessories i really liked the staff they were knowledgeable very helpful , trust worthy and passionate i have a very large kia dealership 250 yard ( dont like the owners ) from my house went to F&L 35 mile round trip asked for something off management said no . i liked the staff so much i was going to get my car, my wife's car and probably my sons in the near future i liked the staff so much i would have went their in the future and went kia with all our cars its a pity that F&T are just the same as the big dealerships and just AFTER YOUR MONEY . although at the moment i only have two cars people talk and want a company that they can trust. its a real pity i would have traveled 35 mile round trip no now . after my experience i am pleased that i didn't buy a car from this dealership. really liked staff pity about management.

Just bought a 3-year old Kia Soul EV from Flear and Thomson. Very happy with the experience. Sales adviser Calvin Willis was organised and helpful, offering a decent trade-in. Though I'd not been able to test-drive the car, it was immaculate upon collection. Without asking they had carried out an MoT and replaced two worn front tyres. A week on, I'm delighted with the car - my first all-electric wheels. Great to see an independent Scottish-owned dealer doing very well!
