I bought a used car from Flear and Thomson and found the salesman had seriously misled me during the sale. The same day I drove it home I discovered a rattle, turned out steering rack needed replaced along with other repairs (£1500). When I called the next day they would not take it back or help with repairs. Luckily kia warranty covered some repairs. Salesman also assured me it was approved used, impossible for a six year old car.
Flear & Thomson uses deceptive advertising and annoyingly keeps contacting me after I looked on their website. It continues even though I try to stop them. I wonder if the reviews are also dealt with ina deceptive way which may not reflect reality.
Bought a Kia Sportage from Flear and Thomson last summer. It was returned to them on a recovery truck and it took them a day and a half to get around to even looking at it. No courtesy cars available and they have yet to phone back when agreed - ever.

Perfect experience with Flear and Thomson. I purchased a Kia Rio in July and I love it! It was in lovely condition when I received it, they even covered up a scuff for me. The car is excellent value for money and I have had no issues with it at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a good quality used car and receive excellent service.

Excellent service from start to finsish. The dealers were extremely helpful and did a lot of running about for me. The car was valeted and just as described and I am really happy with it. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service from start to finish. I bought my Peugeot 207 back in June. It was in immaculate condition and a very good price. The dealers were so accommodating knowledgeable. The dealer even picked me up from the train station. Its a cracking car and I would thoroughly recommend Flear And Thompson.

The quality of car was good, like the car i got which was a Kia and had researched these a lot. We did have a situation with engine light which they fixed it in, we took out a service plan following this which i thought was exceptional service.
