I don't just say things for the sake of it, when I tell you that the customer service at FM3 Cars is BRILLIANT I mean it! There was no pressure or hard sale. I was able to take the time I needed with the Audi to check things over and test how it drives. The gentleman who was derailing with me was knowledgeable and had a helpful disposition, nothing was too much trouble and I felt very much at ease.

I am very happy with how everything went at FM3 when I was buying my A6. The buying process is clearly very well thought out and customer centred so on my side of things it was all plain sailing. The A6 is just as it was advertised and runs very nicely. I would happily return and recommend this dealership.

All is well with the Mini I bought from FM3 last month. I was very happy with the service provided, the team members I dealt with were helpful and friendly. The sale was complete in good time, nothing I would change.

I knew from the very first phone call with them what they would be like, there was none of that pushy stuff and they were very transparent. I purchased a Fiesta from them for my son and the car is doing great, there have been no problems with it what so ever! I cannot fault them.

FM3 offered me everything I could need, the whole experience was excellent to be fair! I was shown around the Seat and everything was explained clearly, I was shown where the spare tyre and tools were etc. The salesman also sat in the car with me and explained how to operate all the controls. Incredibly informative! I would rate 5/5 without a shadow of a doubt.

I recently bought a BMW 2 Series M Sport from Lily and she was so friendly and helpful! I was able to drive away same day. The team had ordered a part for the rear light cluster to be repaired which hasn’t arrived yet but I have no doubt they will take care of it to a very high standard. Could not recommend anywhere else more highly!
