Seemed friendly and helpful when buying the car but problems started when several problems arose.I see from other reviews I am not the only person to have trouble with oil lights and engine management lights coming on.

Great experience purchasing our new car from Focus Car Sales. Under government lockdown, we were unable to view the car and the team went out of their way to help us view the vehicle remotely, send videos, answer 100s of questions and help us accomodate a contact-free collection and delivery. This is exactly the service we needed to replace our vehicle after losing another in a nasty accident. We need more people like these guys - thank you Focus Car Sales!

Bought my car unseen other then the camera video they kindly showed me around it, my heart was in my mouth who buy's a car unseen or without taking it for a test drive, because of the Coronavirus they bought my old car unseen and delivered my second hand purchase to me, to my great relief the vehicle had been well valeted and looked like new although it had done 66,000 miles. Excellent friendly and helpful company, would I buy again, YES! YES! YES! Before I retired I was a professional chauffeur so I know a good car when I see one.

My daughter bought her DS3 from Focus Car Sales in Bury St Edmunds a couple of months ago. Initially had a fault with the wipers but they had it repaired by a local garage, it had to go back a couple of times but no hesitation in sorting it out for us. So far other than that it's been a good little car and she loves it. Nice to know that she's driving around in a safe car. Thanks Focus.

Initially all fine with Focus Car Sales in Bury St Edmunds. Agreed prices and trade in. A week later picked car up and then got call two days later saying they wanted extra £500 or car back as they had 'just' done check and discovered trade in was category D. Made me feel so awful. Thought they should do all these checks before agreeing everything. Very upset.

I bought a car over the phone. It was delivered to me the next day for FREE. The car is spotless and I'm so happy

I have had my 09 plate Audi A3 for a year now, The sales team at Focus Car Sales were a great experience, always in the past very wary of car sales i was treated very well, no pressure to buy and when i chose the Audi for a test drive they showed me all the history and did not feel any pressure to buy, a very easy place to deal with,the sale was smooth and they were very polite, after month had a few minor issues that were dealt with promptly , i would recommend Focus car sales to anyone looking for a used car
