We strongly recommend this car dealer. The owner and his daughter are friendly and very easy to deal with. Recently, we purchased in a very good condition a VOLVO XC60 2009 and we have been happy since we collected this car. purchased a freelander from Fort Southwick Internet Cars. test drive. gear box fault returned to dealer with a promise to sort it out! came back with more problems. returned the vehicle, now I have problems with tax refund., a dirty no good trader. do not deal with this Company.

You purchased a Freelander where the rear diff had a noise. It was agreed on collection that this would be repaired the following week after delivery. You chose to reject the vehicle prior to the repair and opted to purchase an alternative Freelander from us. You had taxed the original vehicle through the DVLA at a cost of £250. We wrote to the DVLA on 18/12/18 on your behalf as you felt this was our responsibility. Due to a seasonal shut down the DVLA didn’t process this until January. Due to the delay from the DVLA you would lose 2 months of your RFL. The DVLA issued you a cheque for £208.33 and as a gesture of goodwill we offered to pay the shortfall, which you agreed with, a cheque was sent on 28/1/19. Luckily this has now been resolved.
