I was specifically looking for a Grandland X and came across Fort Used Car Centre on CarGurus. They weren’t exactly local, but the car was exactly what I’d been searching for. Jason, Alex, and Nick were great—they showed trust and were pretty relaxed about the payment process. Plus their post-sale support has been excellent - they’ve been on hand whenever I’ve needed anything. I can’t fault their communication

I absolutely love my car - It's amazing! Being a diesel engine it's a bit noisier than I'm used to, but I know that's completely normal na nothing to be concerned about. If I could score Fort Used Car's 10/10 I would!

The Nissan X-Trail I bought from Fort Used Cars is brilliant! I've had it about 5 weeks and everything's been fine so far (touch wood). A chap called Alex helped me out and he was helpful, really knew his stuff and explained everything well. Everything was better than I expected actually, as they said the car would be ready in a week, but they called me to collect it two days later. It's been a great experience.

My last car was a Qashqai and I quite liked being higher up, so I started looking for another bigger car. I really liked the Mokka X's, and found a lovely one at Fort Used Car Centre in Birmingham, The car had literally just came into stock, but I loved it so decided to go ahead there and then. They had to get some bits and bobs sorted before collection including an MOT etc. It took a bit longer than expected in the end, but when I went to collect it the car was absolutely sparkling! Everything was fixed, the car passed its MOT & they taxed it for me too! My son needs a new car so they'll definitely be seeing us again soon.

We bought my daughter a Fiat 500 from Fort Used Car Centre and she absolutely loves it. She's actually learning to drive in it at the minute which was the idea. Jason and the team at the dealership were all really good - dead friendly and super helpful. They did a great job for me and I'd return and recommend without hesitation.
