Living four hours away from Fort Used Car Centre in Birmingham, I was hesitant to make the trip. However, it proved to be well worth it! Marie was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my SsangYong Rexton purchase went smoothly. She took a friendly and professional approach, and I never felt pressured during the sale. On the way home, I had a chance to put the car through its paces, and I am pleased to report that it did not miss a beat. I am delighted with my purchase and grateful for the excellent service I received. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I am so happy with my Citroen DS5—everything is going great, touch wood! There was a minor problem with the radio, but the team at Fort Used Car Centre fixed it quickly, and everything is fine now. Marie and Nick were exceptionally helpful throughout the process. I had a fantastic test drive, and when it came time for the handover, the vehicle was in immaculate condition. The valet service was so detailed that it looked like it had just rolled out of a showroom! I am extremely pleased with Fort Used Car Centre's service and would gladly rate them 5 stars!

A very clean and friendly showroom with a wide variety of cars! Don't understand why there are bad reviews, it just goes to show that people only tend to leave reviews when dissatisfied with a service! All staff at Fort Used Cars were professional and really pleasant. Good choice of cars and they kept me informed all the way through until I could pick my new car up.
