Called in after looking online spoke to David got a great deal on our two cars decided what we wanted , from start to finish great friendly service from salesman David better than we hoped for thank you collected our new car on Saturday would highly recommend this garage we have shopped there before and had no hesitation in going back customer service excellent
Frasers of Falkirk are fantastic to deal with. You really get a feeling of dealing with an outfit where everyone counts, rather with somewhere with a "corporate" face and outlook. Special mention has to go to David Lewis who dealt with my initial enquiry very promptly with care and enthusiasm. A test drive was provided with consummate efficiency, followed by straight forward information and advice on the car (MG5 EV) and buying options. This made the decision to buy from Frasers a very easy one! Mention must also be made of Tom Reid, who was v.efficient in dealing with paperwork and enquiries too, as was the rest of the team whenever I called with a query - taking ownership of the call and finding out information there and then. Try Frasers of Falkirk, they kinda show how other dealerships should do it.........

This is my personal experience with FRASERS MOTORS. I met with Tony Alan after I saw the car I liked on their website. Within one day Tony got in touch with me. His courtesy is exactly the same way he message me via email. When I went to pick up my car and he was sorting out my papers he was very polite throughout, helpful, great personality, excellent customer care. I even got a follow up email to check everything is okay. The experience is one of the smoothest car dealerships I’ve experienced. I personally think they have their customers at the centre of what they do. Now, I am enjoying my car daily. Thanks guys at FRASERS. The Ford I bought from Frasers of Falkirk has been perfect, no issues what so ever! They gave me a pretty decent price for my PX! I would recommend this dealership without doubt!

I am Really happy with my MG from Frasers of Falkirk. I have had it for a few months now and it been in a couple of times for minor repairs but they have handled them very well. All of the staff were very accommodating and helpful and I would happily recommend Frasers of Falkirk to anyone!!!
