Paid a deposit of £250 on a car and also agreed to pay £120 for car service which was due on Thursday. I changed my mind and told them on Wednesday I do not want to go ahead with the sale so they should have cancelled the service. When asked for the deposit they did not offer any of it back! This company reached out to me through motorway.co.uk. They wanted to buy the car I had listed for sale and we agreed a price. The process was simple, Sam rang and arranged a time to come and inspect and purchase the car. We agreed on a location and time and text in the lead up to the date to confirm everything was still going ahead as plan. Sam was very approachable and rang to explain what the process will be on the day and what to expect. He reassured me neither of us would leave until we are both 100% comfortable and this made me feel at ease as it wasn’t just a quick sell and leave. Jamie asked for some evidence documents via email and I sent these with a confirmation then received that all had been received. I would definitely use free spirits to sell my car in the future. They are a good run company and hold a lot of respect for their customers whether that’s them buying or selling. They even travel nationwide to collect the vehicle.
