Absolutely top class these guys. Nothing was too much trouble. We went to view a car which we were interested in and from start to finish John and Charlie were helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were ok. We were after a convertible and they had one that was just right for us. It just needed a couple of things doing so John booked it in to a local specialist garage for the work to be completed before we finally took ownership. It was a just a few minor things but as John said you want it to be right and we were impressed with the care they took in making sure everything was good, they also got the garage to do a service on the car again to make sure everything was good to go. If you are looking for people who care about what they do and go the extra mile then give them a go they have some really good cars at good prices and will do all they can to ensure you leave happy.

I was in communication with Charlie for a couple of weeks before I chose my new convertible. Decided on an Audi A3 which I am very happy with. Charlie was patient and friendly and very informative. We would do business there again.

We payed £1995 pounds for a used mercedes A150 from GB Car Sales, which we thought was a good price for the car, however sence buying the car 4 months ago, it has already cost us over £650 pounds in repairs, which has not solved the issue, the garage we use as told us that to continue the work, This bill will rise by at least another £1000 pounds, With no guarantee it will solve the problem with engine fault, so at that point the car will have cost us at least £3645 pounds, We know used cars can be a gamble, but you would expect a little longer then 4 months driving out of it!! Definitely will not be using GB Car Sales Again

Good Afternoon Adrian. I am interested to note your comments, and would like to make the following points: I was made aware of the inability of your chosen workshops to conclusively diagnose the problem, only after you had already spent £650...unbeknown to me. At this point I advised Joanne that a Mercedes-Benz Specialist with the correct, Brand-Specific diagnostic tools will be most likely to pin-point the issue. I also recommended a highly-skilled Technician that we use who has a "No-Fix....No-Fee" Policy. Had we been involved in the process...our decades of experience with the brand and network of local, trusted Mercedes-Benz Specialists, plus our sympathetic goodwill policy....would almost certainly have resulted in a quicker and less costly outcome. It seems that we are being blamed for the shortcomings of 2 other businesses who were happy to take, (and continue to take) your money, whilst not fixing the problem, We are happy stand by all the cars we sell, provided they are worked upon by people who know what they are doing,,,,rather than guessing, and randomly throwing your money at a problem.
