This is less of a review about the company as a whole. As the service was what you would expect from most reputable car dealerships. But more towards the sales woman who helped me with my purchase
Siobhan called me after an online enquiry and made the whole process very easy for us. She chased up every question I had, regarding the car and was very patient throughout. She explained all the optional extras very clearly, and if I didn't have friends in the motor industry. I would have taken the alloy protection, as she helped me understand the value of taking it.
Nothing that was offered was forced on me, like with other car garages. However I did see the value, but was trying to stay within my monthly budget.
Overall it was a positive experience. After many car purchases, from various places. I can honestly say, it was the first time I've walked away from a car purchase without feeling like I've had the wool pulled over my eyes regarding a car purchase.
However I will say. My car did not include car mats within the purchase. I would assume after buying such an expensive car from a reputable garage, that even basic mats would be included. Even if amg ones were not available.

From start to finish my experience with C&G Motors was very positive! I popped in on a Sunday to view a BMW M4, went on a test drive and reserved the car the same day. Three days later I drove out of the dealership in one of my bucket list cars.
Everyone I met was very friendly and introduced themselves to me by name. A special mention to Siobhan in the sales team. Siobhan is a really down to earth people person with an unmistakable passion for cars. Also to Jason who dealt with the numbers and things I don’t understand!
I am now the proud owner of an immaculate Yas Marina Blue BMW M4. Thanks everyone!

Dealt with Gary who was very helpful and honest and I felt I got a pretty good deal with the trade in on my car. Easy and efficient change over when I returned 5 days later from Cumbria to collect. Also a mention for Jason who explained the optional extras perfectly.

The whole experience from first point of contact to driving the car away was a positive one. I dealt with Gary who was honest and professional and an all round decent bloke which seems to be the GC identity.
