This is the second car I have bought from German Auto centre and it would take a lot for me to go anywhere else now, the customer service is second to none, I also have all my servicing and MOT’s done at the garage and a curtesy car is always provided FOC so you don’t have to wait around. This time Joe was the salesperson I dealt with, I’m a fairly anxious person and he made me feel really calm when I took the car out on a test drive, he gave me his works number and I was able to message him anytime I had any questions and he always got straight back to me. I would highly recommend German Auto Centre to anyone, my son always uses them and he recommended them to me.

Very nice car .
Staff were friendly and helpful.
I would buy again from here if I was to get another car service was very personal no rushing to get your money off you really good customer service .
The car is amazing very quiet and like a show room car

After car shopping for over 6 weeks we came to German Autocentre and they did not disappoint! Absolutely fantastic service from viewing to sale!! A totally refreshing approach to car sales, traditional values and puts the customer first! No pressure sales and very friendly atmosphere! Totally thrilled with my purchase and will definitely not be going anywhere else in the future! Thanks to Wade for looking after us exceptionally well and Joe for checking in after sale! Exceptional, second to none in my experience!

I purchased a car from the German AutoCentre in December. A few days after driving the car home there were a few minor issues. The issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Really happy with the purchase and I would purchase another car in future.

I found the car I loved on Autotrader - enquired out of hours. Got a call back nearly immediately! Spoke with wade who took his time to explain all about the car. We agreed on a sale there and then! Car was taken off selling sites straight away. I live 150miles away in London, the car was delivered for less that I expected. I am so happy. The car is exactly as it was on the add and all the additional videos Wade sent me. It’s been fully serviced and MOTed before it left them. Joe helped me tax the car and sent through the warranty docs ahead of delivery. 100% would recommend and if I ever was on the look out for a new car, I would go direct to their website!

Bought an Audi A3 for my wife from Joe. Car is exactly as described in add looks great and drives awesome. Really easy transaction from my first call to collecting the car yesterday great communication specially as I turned up a day early to collect the car and arrived at the wrong location 🙄 nothing was a problem. Highly recommended

No pressure sales, great staff Wade is a great guy to deal with really genuine a credit to the company.
My VW transporter was a great buy and painless service,nothing too much trouble .
All in all an excellent business to deal with .
