Recently purchased a second hand car from The German Autocentre. The whole process was great. Nice car. Well prepared. Works needing to be carried out was done with minimum fuss. Fair trade in value negotiated. No pressure sales. Glynn who handled our purchase was experienced and professional without being pushy and very personable. Overall an excellent experience.

Did 200 mile round trip to purchase a car as it was clear from previous reviews that they were a good and reliable Company. I was not disappointed. Dealt with by Glynn who was excellent from first contact to finish. Nothing was any trouble to him. The vehicle acquired was exactly as described and I am extremely pleased with it. Definitely recommend with no hesitation Well done Glynn and German Autocentre!!
I travelled 175 miles from London to this dealership and it was worth the effort. They accept credit cards part payments so I feel protected as a consumer. The warranty covers more then just simple mechanical items. They are friendly and I felt certainly they are trustworthy. Glynn looked after me and I was very pleased with the purchase. Highly recommended.

We had travelled from Swansea the night before to pick up a reserved car in a different garage 40 mins away. Unfortunately that didn't work out however we found a car online at the German Autocentre- we rang and spoke to Hayley who was lovely and said the car was still available and they would go and get the car from the compound for us to have a look - it would be ready in 45 mins. We arrived 30 mins after and the car was ready and waiting. We then dealt with Glyn who was really personable, not at all pushy and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. We decided to buy the car which we are really pleased with. We felt really looked after and felt they were genuine people. Turned a stressful experience into a very positive one! Would recommend!

Bought a Jag 6 months and 4 days ago, car has developed 2 major faults and we have a written report off the garage I have take it to that these would have been known faults on selling. Contacted them to help resolve or at least have a look at the car . Told not there issue 4 days out of warranty should have bought 12 months !!! Even though the fault happened within 6 months and could only get in the garage today AND warranty is for NEW faults not known ones STAY AWARE ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE !! This has not been taken further.
I recently bought a used Hyundi i10 from German AutoCentre. I was really impressed with the service. I had to travel from far away to see the car and they reimbursed my petrol money. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The process of buying the car went smoothly and I'm very happy with the car. Couldn't fault them and I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Finance deal, After a 4 hr drive up to collect the car, Aamir was very helpful from the start, he collected me and bought me to the dealership. the car was stunning inside and out, we had a couple admin issues (paperwork) but you could see it wasnt going to be a problem for him, their very professional there and it was sorted within the hour. I got home, no problems with the car, 6 months warranty and 1 year breakdown cover, and it's worth every penny. I would recommend the German auto centre to anyone.
