Finance deal, After a 4 hr drive up to collect the car, Aamir was very helpful from the start, he collected me and bought me to the dealership. the car was stunning inside and out, we had a couple admin issues (paperwork) but you could see it wasnt going to be a problem for him, their very professional there and it was sorted within the hour. I got home, no problems with the car, 6 months warranty and 1 year breakdown cover, and it's worth every penny. I would recommend the German auto centre to anyone.

I rang German Auto Centre to ask how much it would cost to get my exhaust manifold changed (due to noise coming from the engine) and repair the turbo as I had previously been diagnosed by two garages telling me it was this. Their reply was “we will have to diagnose before we replace it as we are the ones liable if it isn’t that”. Diagnosis is £80. They then ring me to tell me it’s the EGR valve and it will cost £650 to replace it. I agreed to this as I thought this would resolve the noise that I took the car in for in the first place. I went to pick it up and they have charged an extra £130 to remove a bolt. I turn the engine on and it’s still EXACTLY the same. I then re-book in for them to take another look to which they now confirm it is the exhaust manifold and Turbo causing the problem which is what I wanted fixing in the first place! So all in all I paid £860 for absolutely nothing. I then have tried contacting the resolution centre to which I have asked if they are a member of an ADR scheme to which they are not! They are also ignoring my emails.

I came in looking for something very specific, as I’ll soon be a first time dad and I wasn’t finding the car I wished to get anywhere within budget (Mercedes GLA).
