Globe Car Sales were nice as can be when I was buying the car. After a week or so, the car started to become faulty. Took into Halfords, at the recommendation of the warranty company, found an endless list of faults. Told dealer, he said Halfords were rubbish, and began to get very aggressive towards myself, and my mother. Stay away at all costs. Any other dealer than this and you'll not go far wrong!

Very disappointed to read your negative review, please let me set the record straight as soon as I became aware that you were not happy with your car mindful of the fact that you were a young first time buyer I Immediately offered you a no quibble full refund. Whilst on the phone to me your mother grabbed the phone from you and starting shouting at me to come and pick the car up from your place, half an hour later you turned up with the car and were issued with a full refund. In conclusion I wish you all the best and hope you have found the right car.

Globe Car Sales sold us a car that I believe could have caused us an accident and I feel they must have known what was wrong with it. They won't refund us. They are very rude and I will never be going there again. People beware do not buy cars from Globe Cars.

I know its a bit late in the day but only just became aware of this review, would have investigated the alleged complain if the customer had left some details of the car purchased.
Bought a Honda Accord (eight months ago) in excellent condition and could not fault this dealer or car in any way, and still can't. Dealer was also very helpful and gave me best part exchange as well as coffee!! Will certainly go there first when I next want to change.
You must try this garage before you buy a car any where else. Exceptional price and service and honesty
Gotta say I was impressed by globe car sales in Bolton. I bought a car last week I which was in great condition as described. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I will go there again for my next user car even though I live in St Albans!

They were fine, very helpful and very quick. Afterwards I did go back and see if they would take the car back from me as im looking to change again, they didn't seem to want to have anything to do with it, seemed strange in that sense. Actually already found a new one so sorting that out as we speak. When I was originally looking for cars i couldn't find much feedback so sites like this really help. Keep up the good work

Customer service was great, nothing there to fault Global Car Sales for. I purchased a BMW 118 and its going perfect which is why im leaving a review right now whilst im sat in it, pulled up of course. Really good car and great service so im going to recommend them to anyone out there buying a car right now

I think the process was really quick, they were very straight forward and down the line with me. They stayed open for me on late nights after work, they didnt rush me and was there to answer any questions I had. My car of choice was a Mini Cooper which im really happy with as its everything it was advertised to be with no hidden problems.
